Growler fill from holiday market. Pours black, tan head. Aroma is lots of peanut butter, peanuts, chocolate. Nice nose. Flavor is standard peanut butter porter. Wish it were thicker but I enjoy it a lot. andyhwcinc (1886) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2017
Enjoyed on tap at the Meanwhile in Grand Rapids, MI to start off an east coast road trip. I actually am not sure if this is the one I had, but it’s close so I’ll add it anyway. Huge hazelnut notes and was dry, I didn’t mean to but I had multiple of these since it was so damn good. Would have again. milewide (2352) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - APR 24, 2017
Excellent peanut aroma and taste. Roasted malt and hops were not evident. Cracker jack was an unnecessary gimmick. chucklemation (1812) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - MAR 31, 2017
Pours a dark brown with a thin head. Aroma is peanut, chocolate, caramel, and brown sugar. Flavor is sweet caramel, peanut, and chocolate. Has a soft carbonation. This is good, much better than expected. Except in the caramel malts, I don’t get the Cracker Jack, but the peanut is very well done. bpar73 (1214) - Bellaire, Michigan, USA - AUG 17, 2014

Draft at the brewpub, Grand Rapids. Deep ruddy brown body, thin tan head. Roasty nose with dry chocolate, peanut, and caramel. Lots of acidity in the body ashy salty peanuts, toast, caramel, and brown sugar. Rather thin but interesting. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Pours deep brown/black with a thin tan head. Aroma has bold roastiness...hints of dark fruit, booze, dark chocolate, and the faintest hint of peanut. Flavor briefly displays some PB but it is quickly and rudely interrupted by over aggressive roastiness...char, dark chocolate, dark fruit...slightly overbearing roasty bitterness. Mouthfeel is light/medium with a dry lingering finish of molasses/bold roastiness/dark chocolate. This beer is just too muddled and the flavors are way out of balance. And where the hell is the peanut butter!? Way too faint. mikem409 (2032) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - AUG 14, 2013

aroma is lots of sweet malt and some roasted peanut butter and slight toffee.
taste is very sticky sweet but thin body. has a ton of malt like a scotch ale. wish it had more chocolate and peanut butter.
Tap. Deep brown with small head. Slight peanut taste. Sweet porter. Pretty tasty, but I don’t catch any crackerjack.
