On tap (2 August 2012) in a pils glass at the brewery.
A very light and crystal clear yellow with a large frothy head.
The head left substantial sticky lacing and had good retention. Less
visible carbonation than expected for the style of glass and beer.
This pils smelled and tasted a bit more flowery than it should, sweet
up front and surprisingly bitter in the finish, although this does not
M: light body; medium carbonation. Seems a bit acidic.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, hops flowers, green grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
