teddybeer (4106) - Madrid, SPAIN - JAN 21, 2017
Brown color, off-white head with short to medium duration. Aroma has notes of toasted malts and light dry fruit. Flavor is mild caramelish, toasty, some burnt sugar. Slightly sweetness on palate with toasted mouthfeel.

3.2
Cimbasso (1001) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2016
Sampled from a bottle from Beers of Europe. Colour is a dark reddish-brown, similar to coca cola. Taste is heavy and sweet dominated by a toffee-caramel flavour. Also notes of muscovado sugar, Christmas cake, chocolate and dried berries. Full flavoured with a good mouthfeel. Some very rounded bitterness at the end. A nice, rich Christmas Bock.

Kristall-König (2820) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - DEC 16, 2015
Riecht dunkelmalzig mit getreidigem Schuß, Beeren. Antrunk malzig, schwer. Mitte dunkelmalzig, Schokolade, röstig. Abgang wirkt leicht klebrig, Malz, stämmig. Recht gut.

Einfach in Ordnung.

2.4
McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - JAN 4, 2014
Pours out of the bottle in a deep dark brown colour with steady low head andmedium to smooth body. Aroma of caramel and flowers like only a Bock can be. Taste of grains, hops, wheat, bread, roses, wild flowers, caramel and hay. Sour-bitter finish. Not that nice to drink and it lacks some tastiness and freshness.
