Golden. Aroma of honey, flowers and herbs. Sweet honey flavour but balanced by herbs and a mild acidity

Tasting at Papsø’s
Pale yellow color. This mead from Mjødgård puts honey in front, before some of the phenol aroma appears. The body is lighter than the average for a mead, there is some floreal sweet honey, still not impressive, with a light herbal touch and too much alcohol; also a light feeling of plastic; weak final. Inaccurate.
