COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled (SBWF, notes say Tack Svesse!, backlog). Quite strange hazy yellow colour with some silvery and grey notes to it, no head. Aroma is sap, some honey, floral notes as well as some mild white wine like notes. Flavour is rather similar with some mild soapy notes to it as well.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2013) Pale greenish yellow colour with no head. Fruity, vinous nose with green spring leaves, birch, green grapes and honey. Fruity, gentle taste with notes of grass, pears, apple sauce, birch leaves and a slightly vinous finish with honey flavours. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Gentle and well balanced mead. Quite nice.
