Klare goldene Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, buttrig, leicht floral. Geschmack metallisch hopfig, dezent bitter, grasig.

MoritzF (10141) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 10, 2012
(draught at the Schmausenkeller) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Biscuity and slightly grainy (cara-)malty aroma with notes of spicy and slightly woody hops. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Quite rounded mildly bready malty and herbal hoppy taste; bitter-sweet and moderately herbal hoppy finish with delicately woody notes. Pleasant, with rural character. 08.VIII.12

Koelschtrinker (21852) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 11, 2011
Würzig-bitterer Schluss, etwas malzig. Nett! 8/11/11/10/11/11

Bottle @ Brewery/Tap. Pours clear golden with a creamy white head and lacings. Crisp, grassy and bready. Medium bodied. Herbal hop flavor. Nice one . .

MiP (15981) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 12, 2009
Bottle, 5.0% bought at the brewery’s tap. Clear shiny amber colour. Small unstable white head. The flavour is slightly caramelly. Low bitterness, but slightly rough. OK, but not so flavourful.

Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Orange-amber eggshell low cream. Herbal cracker aroma. Estery fruit notes on a relatively thin malt base, caramel, dry bitterhop finish. Herbal hop and heather notes retronasal. Sparkly mouthfeel.

Bottle (purchased at the Brauereigasthof): Golden, a bit unclear with a small, stable foamy layer; grainy-strawy nose with a quite delicate tinge of hops and vanilly; moderate and quite dry bitter flavour, light bodied; dryish hoppy-bitter and pale-malty finish with a "rural" tinge. Far more a Landbier than a Pils.......

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 1, 2007
Dark yellow colored, fastly vanishing white head. Sweet fruity aroma with strong safty sweetness and honey, some butter also comes up. Medium bodied. Flavor is also sweet-tangy with same lemony butterness, still not very good brew. Somehow tangy aftertaste. Nothing special.

bierkoning (13754) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - SEP 16, 2004
Bottle. Gold to light amber color. Buttermilk aroma. Hopbitter flavor, dusty and oily. No carbon. Hint of blackcurrant. Hopbitter aftertaste. They may call it a pils, but that is not the case! It’s probably a kellerbier. And a good one!
