2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
UPDATED: JAN 18, 2014 Malt forward - not an APA - hops missing in action - not that pleasant either. Next...!
UPDATED: OCT 28, 2017 Updating old records. From bottle in a tulip; pours hazy golden with modest bready aroma. An ale for summer (and cricket), it reminds me a bit of a Coopers' red. Wim (4160) - Weelde, BELGIUM - SEP 6, 2015
On holiday hazy golden blond colored body with an off white head and with a herby hop aroma a hop sweet herby slightly bitter taste with a bitter finish

BWS(16-Mar-2015)Funky malt liht herbal aroma.Murky Amber,ok head&spider lace.Yoghurt metallic funk finish&herbal grass aftertaste.Seems to be a bit unbalanced, but still don’t mind it. Lunkie (1963) - Glen Iris, AUSTRALIA - MAR 16, 2015
Sour malt spice aroma. Murky Amber colour great head and lacing. Malt spice herbal flavour. Smooth palate. Dervock (1445) - AUSTRALIA - FEB 13, 2015
Bottle pours hazy orange with a white head. Not much on the nose, bit of mlt, soap and some fruit. Not getting much I would associate with an APA. Taste is moderately dry but short lived. Medium palate.

(Bottle) Hazy amber with no head. Aroma with nice pine and not so nice cardboard. Light body, fizzy. Flavour is gentle malt most of the way until some pine notes develop and then build into so pretty decent bitterness in the finish. Not as good as some other Moa beers, but definitely drinkable maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JAN 2, 2015
Bottle from a random bottle shop on the way to Freo. Guessing this is pretty old now as all I can taste is toffee apple. It has a hint of grassiness but it just doesn’t taste remotely fresh HoppingHop (21) - Gold Coast, AUSTRALIA - DEC 24, 2014
Having tried some other brews form MOA, expected more... Maltiness dominates for the aroma and it seems to affect tasting buds too. Appearance is fantastic with its very foamy clean white head and cloudy brownish body. However this is quite uncharacteristic beer except a punch of maltiness from the first sip. 330ml bottle into schooner glass. floral, golden, cloudy, white foam, very bitter. Hoppy and bitter, very cloudy in the glass. Nice lacing, some effort has gone into making this beer. Very nice. Inexplicably endorsed by Shane Warne, a man who probably thinks Crown Lager is the height of sophistication. Bootlegger007 (245) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 16, 2014
Pale in colour head dissipated very quickly, fruity, passionfruit aroma, earthy hops flavour along with passionfruit and left with a mild bitter aftertaste, mild carbonation, a very good pale ale, not the usual promotional ale’s available
