Moa Blanc Evolution is a Belgian style Witbier, with a small amount of coriander added during its extended maturation period giving it a unique spiciness. Rich and mouth-filling, it really is a true wheat lover’s beer.

Tasting Notes
Moa Blanc Evolution has a slight fruity aroma and a crisp, refreshing finish. Stone fruit and hazelnut flavours compliment the distinctive dominant spicy and phenolic characters. With a subtle hop aroma and bitterness, Moa Blanc Evolution is well paired with lightly aged cheeses, smoked and savoury meals, or on its own for a satisfying pint. Moa Blanc Evolution is best served at approximately 4˚C in a pilsner glass.

Thanks to Sylvia for this. Pretty good witbier. The yeast seemed a bit more like a standard Belgian than a wit. Crisp and a little spicy. Serving: Bottle

Bottle. The smell is fruity, wheat, yeasty, dough, and tons of esters. The taste is much the same but drier and has hints of spices. The look is cloudy, off white thin head, and golden in color.

Bottle. Crisp herbal aroma. Pours cloudy dark orange with a creamy white head. Orange and coriander flavours with some light hazelnut notes. Medium body. Slightly bitter finish. Interesting wheat beer.

Bottle pulled from the back of a long ignored shelf. Poured a hazy yellow color with a smaller sized head. Earthy, dried straw, and some spice. Definitely tell this is an older bottle.

Pours orange, no head. Citrus aromas, citrus tastes, orange, pear. Lightly carbonated, I was expecting better with the good medal winner badge on the side

Shared 12.7 oz. bottle. Hazy golden color with a short-lived small white head. Aroma of sweet malt and lemon. Taste is sweet malt, grain, spice, white pepper, lemon. Has a tangy, citric finish. The bottle may have been past its prime. Okay.

Aroma: lightly citrusy; some faint hints of funk, similar to a saison; Appearance: hazy orange with very little head that dissipates immediately, which worries me after reading several reviews about a fluffy head; good carbonation when held in the light; Taste: more sour than I was expecting; somewhat crisp and citrusy; Palate: very soft carbonation with medium, slightly sour finish; Overall: not too bad but would probably not buy again; would rather have a good saison.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Clear light amber, 1" white head, streaks of lace. Fresh aroma of grass, straw, and malt. Taste is malt with a little butter rum that adds fizz and light hops on the swallow, turning from there to a medium long finish that becomes somewhat sour. A refreshing brew, palate cleansing and light-bodied.
