Pure black poor, nil significant aroma, taste was slightly dry and bitter. Slight flavour of coco. Slightly refreshing. All and all found this one from Moa to be slightly diappointing. Was probably expecting to much of a coco bomb? Ozzypyro (2) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 11, 2012 does not count
Obtained in a growler from Sydney’s Beer Cartel. Pours thick and black with a surprising lack of head. The mild smokey aroma gives hints of caramel and citrus.
Tastes moderately sweet, average length and low bitterness. A very smokey brew with notes of chocolate and barley malts.
Palate is light and smooth with soft carbonation and an average finish low in bitterness.
Overall very easy to drink but not a standout beer.

Was perplexed by the aromas and flavours. A really unusual take that works really well, the taste keeps developing and evolving in your mouth. Not half bad! davidm (2081) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JUN 22, 2012
On tap at the local taphouse. Very interesting aromas. Nose of chocolate, caramel, and some citrus. Taste is sweet, with light tartness, and average length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Brown, with a thin head. Jimthechap (2064) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 5, 2012
Hazy brown colour with traces of cream coloured head. Slight banana aroma and creamy mouthfeel. The wheat malt comes into its own upon tasting: milk chocolate, banana and even bubblegum and then the flavour of chocolate dusted on top of a banoffee pie. An interesting, intriguing pie... I mean beer.
