3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bright yellow with a good finger of active, bright white head, plenty of carbonation and some turbidity. The aroma was quite pronounced: sour lemon all over. It is perfumy and enticing and the flavour is similarly strong. It was clean, sour and refreshing and I drifted off to sleep a happy man.

Bottle 375ml. corked @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.
[ As Moa Sour Blanc ].
ABV: 6.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, tart citrus, dough. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart citrus, dough, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Straw yellow color. No head, had to work a short lived bright white head that falls quickly. No lacing.
Nose is oak, wine, grape, lemon.
Taste is white wine and lemon. No real sourness to this. Good wine and barrel character however.
Clean and crisp in the mouth. Light bodied, light carbonation. Not in a bad way but a lemon dishwater taste and feel.
Reasonable bargain starter sour. Pyobon (1482) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - APR 28, 2017
(Bottle) Pours hazy golden amber with tiny head. Complex, engaging aroma - vinegar, cider, wood, pepper, funky hints. Great palate - light body with excellent carbonation. Great taste - complex, sour, balanced, interesting. There’s a dominant vinegar and cider sourness balanced by spice, woody notes, yoghurt notes and much more that defies my description. Excellent beer. Korcz (3389) - Warsaw, POLAND - APR 23, 2017

Bottle from NZ at home. Pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet and sour with medium bitterness. Aromas of pale malts and sour malts with hints of vinegar and sour apples. Medium to light bodied. Medium to soft carbonation. Dry and sour finish with almondy hints. Good. macca147 (402) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 19, 2017
Bottle. 375ml. Pours a cloudy orange, with minimal head. Aroma: aromas of citrus, white wine and sour apples. Taste: lightly sour, mild citrus and apple flavours. The sourness lingers on the palate. Not as sweet as Lambic beers can be and quite well-balanced. A very good Belgian inspired lambic, yet still unconventional. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 18, 2017

Light golden in colour with a very small white head round the edge of the glass. Lovely and vinegary and citrussy on the nose. Creamy in the mouth very nice and tart, plenty of sourness. Really nice.
