Poured a hazy red. Fair head. Scents of fresh hops. It wasn’t that note worthy but good.
On tap at the brewery. Light amber colored and clear in appearance. Mild aroma of toasted grain, caramel/toffee and a touch of hops. [Tap] Pours a lighter shade of amber with a frothy head. Aromas of caramel malts, dusty grains and mild grass. Flavors of bready malts, caramel, sweet toffee and floral hops. Thin to medium bodied. Taken from old notes. Nose of sweet caramel. Taste is roasted malts and nuts. Some bitterness on the finish. Had much better in the style but none that tasted so good after 25 miles of Porcupine Rim!
