16 oz. can from Beer Revolution. It pours a rather dark amber color with an off white head. The aroma has strong notes of toasted bread, light pine and fruit. The flavor is rich with toasted bread, dark berries and a light fruity sulfer note. Perfect body and carbonation. Rich caramel balanced with some earthy bitterness in the finish. Wow, this was really well done. A darker, richer version of the style. I recommend this brew. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - NOV 1, 2013
Its an amber beer with a solid sheet of toasted foam. Smells woody, creamy and like it has a slight hop kick, and almost herbal hop character. Flavor is much, much more robust than I’d anticipated with plenty of roasted malt character, bits of caramel, some more wood, tea, a little cream as well. Full bodied with velvety carbonation and a decently wet finish. A farily decent beer, I’d drink again maybe colder and if it were about 50 cents less (paid $2.75). Can from Sun Devil Liquors.Pours light brown with a half inch of white foam. Leaves a fair amount of lacing. Not much on the nose. Definitley getting some malt action on the tongue. Finish has some fruity elements to it. Pretty good if you ask me. poisoneddwarf (2511) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - SEP 6, 2013
16 oz tallboy can. Aroma is perfumy, chalky, caramelly, toasty. Pours slightly hazy copper with a one finger collapsing off-white head. Taste is roasty sweet, a little tart. Faint off-note of metal. Medium body, highly carbonated. Pretty tasty. Fatehunter (2567) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - JUL 9, 2013
Poured from a tall can into a glass. One finger of head on an amber colored body. The aroma is a fragrant wet grain smell. The taste is nice with light grain, mild bitter and a little spice. Fairly rich taste for a lager.
The texture is smooth with moderate carbonation.
A lager with some heft.

16oz can pours with a clear deep amber body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet fruity ester notes like red apples mixing with a mild malt roastiness, faint caramel malts and then pears at the end of the draw. The taste has a moderate degree of roasted malts and some biscuit malts to go along with sweet lager yeast esteriness that’s a little apple and nectarine like. This is pretty nice except I wasn’t expecting any biscuit malts or roastiness and as such it seems out of place. Hophead22 (2879) - Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA - JUN 8, 2013
16oz can. Rating #47. Decent lager, amber in color and pretty toasty, not what I was expecting at all. (2794) EdInSaltLake (727) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - MAY 24, 2013
Toast/bread crust, caramel/sweet aroma and flavor. Subtle cherry-ish fruit. A tiny dirt/dust sort of flavor. Somewhat "creamy" mouthfeel. JPDurden24 (1675) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - MAY 12, 2013
From the can, copper pour with an off white head. Malty flavor and earthy hops. Tasty goodness.
