From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty. Light caramelish and breadish. Sweet, dark malty. Toasted malty. Caramelish sweet and slight fruity finish. tekstr1der (491) - New Hampshire, USA - MAR 18, 2017
Nearly clear brown or with a lasting beige skim. Aroma is malty, slightly nutty with faint hints of cooked sugar. Flavor is similar, surprised it’s not marketed as a nut brown. Lots of hazelnut, filbert. A little watery and finished a tad astringent, but quite enjoyable all around. DBreskin (16) - Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA - JAN 14, 2017
Nice creamy head and rich brown color. Smooth full taste. Great in a warm pub on a cold night.

Draft pour. The beer is a clear copper with a beige head of foam. The aroma has toffee and nutty caramel notes. Fairly sweet taste. Medium body and medium carbonation. asheft (3089) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 8, 2016
Can from HB Provisions. Creamy nutty brown sugar aroma with faint, sherry-like adverbs. Hazy ruddy brown under a lasting off-white sheet. Flavour is much like aroma with nutty brown sugar along with mocha and hazelnuts. Moderate bitterness. Medium light body, medium carbonation, crisp.

On tap @ Moat Mountain. Light reddish brown colored beer with a thin off-white head. Has a nice roasted malt and cocoa character right away. Slight acidity to the finish, but otherwise good toffee sweetness, some toasted nuts, and plenty of bread. Minimal bitterness. Probably my favorite of their normal lineup. kirk36 (223) - Peabody, Massachusetts, USA - JUL 4, 2016
Weak brown at just over 5%. What bones are they shaking? Yeah it's a tall can but its not really that stand out ish. Too much water not enuf gravity!

Can from Ron. Pretty good easy drinking, nice inoffensive taste. A bit of chocolate, wasn’t expecting that. Light but not bland. Would try again. Ron (3995) - Rochester, New York, USA - JUN 10, 2016
16 oz can. Thin dark brown pour with tan head and lace. Nutty and lite chocolate flavor. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 4, 2015
