fête de la bière artisanale normande (Etainhus) . Une stout très classique mais qui vaut le détour. Goût de grillé et de café dominent l’ensemble. bière pétillante , moins épaisse qu’une Guiness par exemple. Du pur style anglais.

Negra opaca con un dedo de espuma beige. Aroma clasico, tostado, ahumado. En boca, nada de gas, cuerpo moderado, muy bebible. Sabor interesante con caracter ahumado pero contrapunto dulce, con notas de vainilla, y chocolate. Buena.

Pour ce qui est de l'apparence elle a tout ce qui est de plus normal qu'une bière stout Arôme de café caramel En bouche ressemble une légère douceur, mais le coup du café est quand même présent(normal pour une stout) (Personnellement je la trouve trop douce à mon goût)

Sweetish flavor, roasty, with chocolate, a light acidic note, light fruitiness, a bit of oxidation and a drier finish, slightly bitter. Medium-bodied.

Bottle sampled at Björn, thanks. Lasting fluffy chocolate brown head. Clear dark red color. Chocolate aroma with some dark roastedmaltiness. Fine roasted malt taste and a dry finnish. Easy to drink in large amounths.
