Light grapefruit bretta and some crackers like preteen sleepovers. Hazy golden pour with ok head. Tangy finish. Tap at brewery.

On tap at the brewery, pale gold with little head, funky nose with a hint of honey, dry-spicy and estery, with a peppery finish.

A clear light gold with A wheaty lemon aroma. The taste is very clean, medium bodied, honey, floral, wheat, a bit tart and smooth. Cool stuff.

onceblind (10611) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 23, 2016
Clear light golden with a thin white cap. Nice estery nose with some rye malt and a spicy little funk. Spicy and funky flavor with a dusty and pale malt backbone and some leafy hop flavors. Not too shabby but a tad spicy.

Dogbrick (13789) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAR 28, 2016
Sample at the tap room. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit, rye and hops. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, rye malt and mild hops. The finish is fruity with a rye and yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Good color with a white head. Nice rye spice, some earthy tones, something herbal in the back. Finishes dry. Nice.

On tap at the brewery Jan 18, 2015. Pours yellow with head and lace. Aroma of rich malts, grains, light melon and honey. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of rich malts, grains, citrus rind, pepper. Overall rich, complex, tasty.

On tap @ the brewery. Clear yellow appearance with a thin white head. Black pepper, bubblegum, grass, and banana in the nose. It’s advertised as bone dry but I find it a touch sweet. Lots of apple and banana. Dull carbonation. A little thick. Not my favorite Saison but I would drink a pint of this.

On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear golden with a small white head and decent laving. Lemony, Belgian yeasty, light phenols, some basil, dough, and white pepper in the aroma. Taste is big grassy, lemon peel, peppercorns, sweet biscuit, some straw, and oranges with a crisp dry finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Not my favorite style of saison but solid offering nonetheless.

On tap at the brewery. Pale, dull orange appearance with a fully diminishing head. Mild aroma of rye spice, citrus zest, herbs and light yeast. More pronounced flavor, similar to the aroma. Spicy, zesty, herbal, floral and light yeast with a dry finish. Mild hop bitterness and light malty sweetness. Pretty easy to drink.
