COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
IPA with Simcoe, Oregon Horizon, and Amarillo hops, and two-row, white wheat and pale malts.
We’ve spent years obsessing over how to create the bomb-diggiest of IPA’s. We’ve scoured the globe for the choicest hops, exhaustively refined our malt bills and yeast strains, and fine tuned our methods and recipes to the point that some would consider ridiculous. We wouldn’t, and you’re about to taste why. VIbrant notes of stone fruit, pine and refreshing citrus dazzle the palate before making their exit in a graceful dry finish that argues convincingly for a follow up sip. Its the sum of our (current) IPA brewing wisdom, and it also happens to pair wonderfully with those veggie pakoras a couple of aisles over.

22, capped. Damn, this one is a beauty--even in the bottle, all the flavors and aromas really pop. Pours a cloudy bright amber with a dense and creamy off-white head. Bright tangy nose showing orange juice, orange pith, and some soft grassy notes in back. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Lightly toasted caramel, some sweet nutty cereal, and then plenty of oranges and orange pith on the palate. Long tangy finish, almost juicy sweet. Lovely beer.

Hazy, sunshiny, golden-orange in color with a very weak head of small bubbly moscato like foam. A pleasant mishmash of nectarine, tangerine, and some dank wet pine forrest. This is an IPA that shows off the true craftsmanship of Modern Times efforts in making an IPA. Select hops brewed to offer some of the most unique hops all in conjunction offering in itself, subtle perfection.

Bottle from Trader Joe's. Hazy, pale golden, soft foamy head. Aroma is melliw and fruity, some citrus, some tropical. Taste too is fruity, subdued. After reading the previous reviews , o was expecting so much more. Underwhelmed.

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2017 Bought at Trader Joe’s for $6.99, Accumulated Knowledge is a dank and juicy IPA crafted by Modern Times. The air yields hops, grapefruit, and pine. Simcoe, Horizon, Amarillo, and Experimental Varieties are the hops used. Amarillo has a more pronounced character to the body. Two Row, Flaked Wheat, Malted Wheat, and Flaked Oats malts are used. The malts blend well with the citrus used. The alcohol content is 6.5%. Grapefruit is dominant and adds to the hop bitter bite. The grapefruit is juicy and mangoes accentuates the flavor. Lemon is light in the watery and slightly bitter finish. Pine brings a tone alongside the grapefruit. A low dankness is easily comprehended in the finish. Once recognized, you can sense it on the take. Honey sweetens the body. Accumulated Knowledge is a gorgeous IPA. The grapefruit, low lemon, and honey complexion is pleasing. The hops are moderate and easy to drink compared to more hop intense beers. The finish is surprisingly watery to go along with the slightly bitter and dank finish. Accumulated Knowledge is a gem amongst the numerous IPAs on the market. Deceptively complex, this IPA has more to offer as you keep drinking. Cheers. Prost. Drink for the love of beer. From a 22 oz bottle into a New Belgian Bunny stem glass! Pours Gold with head and lace. Aroma of amber malts, orange zest, honey. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, pale malt, grapefruit rind zest, flowery hops, minerals, tangerine concentrate. Overall big, robust, complex, a tad biting on the tongue, but intriguing and mostly tasty. I'll finish the bottle!!

Draft. Aroma of honeydew and rind. Flavors follow nose, with a lot of juiciness and a very soft mouthfeel.

We'll, this definitely tastes on the lighter end of IPAs, but is still nice. Just a light citrus, mostly floral hops. Needs much more bittering hops in the finish. Good but not great, a tad overrated for me.

Tap at brewery. Pours hazy, bright gold. Aroma and flavor are big citrus, apricots, pale malt, faint wheat, faint oats, and some piney/grapefruit bitterness. Medium body.
