Aroma is vanilla, coffee beans, and chocolate. Taste is a very nicely balanced profile of chocolate and rich earthy coffee beans. The bitterness is nice and doesn’t linger too long. italianjohn (3163) - Penndel, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2017
Black pour with a thin beige head and light lacing .... aroma of coffee, cocoa (mocha) chocolate, vanilla, lactose, roasted malts, cocoa, oak, light bourbon essence .... taste is of chocolate, (mocha) vanilla, dry oak, roasted malts, coffee and light bourbon ..... silky, slick and bitter with a nice dry finish and lingering lactose, vanilla, oak and coffee .... nice brew, very sessionable and lots of balanced flavors Svartvit (630) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 13, 2017
Bottle shared. Pours dark brown close to black with a tan head. Roasty but also super fruity coffee, very unique. Red fruits, molasses, dark chocolate, mocha. Fruity sweet and roasty bitter. Over medium body.

Shared from bottle at Maakun’s. Thanks svartvit! Deep roasted chocolate malts, dense coffee roast and berry fruitiness, mocha. Big sweet and moderate bitter. Over medium body and very slick soft feel. Soft carbonation. Nice sweet and roasty. Maakun (5759) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - JUL 13, 2017
Bottle shared thanks to svartvit. Black with nice creamy beige head. Quite some coffee, sweet red fruits, soft milk chocolate, roasted malts, light vanilla wood, soft chalky. Surprisingly fruity and complex, has some lovely aromas. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with a bit slick dry feel. katrinaez (2106) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 8, 2017
Slight bourbon aroma with light anise and cocoa. Dark color with brown tint. Taste is some coffee, some very light dark chocolate, a deep over ripe berry flavor. Mouth is thick. Bottle. hawthorne00 (3990) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUL 8, 2017
Bottle, 13C. Dark brown with a cm of light tan head that’s soon a coat. Aroma of sweetened coffee, some floaty vanilla, boiled lemon and spirit notes creep up to match the initially dominant (nice) coffee. Got more intriguing the longer it sat. Very light bodied - would be for a 5% stout really. Lowish carbonation. Lots going on - sweet chocolate, quite firm citrus tinged bitterness, vanilla, woody, even a little astringency. Interesting, but I wish the stout underpinned things a little more clearly. egajdzis (6626) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 6, 2017
Opaque black with a medium tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Roasted malts, chocolate, dark fruits, char, light alcohol.
