Aromat mocno odstaje od smaku w tym piwie. Co do aromatu to jest to niezbyt udane cold brew, czyli bogactwo fasoli i bobu. W smaku ta kawa jest już świetna i zdecydowanie idzie w stronę dojrzałego, wysuszonego orzecha włoskiego. Poza tym jest mega gładkie, ideał dla swojego stylu jeśli chodzi o odczucie w ustach. Draft. Pours a medium, retained, light beige head, with light lacing, over a clear dark brown (SRM 35) body.......nose is roasted malts with cocoa, chocolate, coffee, mild vanilla, whiskey hints.......taste is cocoa, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, mild whiskey, with light caramel sweet hints, finishing moderately coffee, hop bitter......mouth feel, medium body, mild alcohol heat, moderate carbonation. 22floz bottle, BOD: 08.17.2017, thx olibeer, mug glass. Appears near black in color with a small brown head. Smells like used coffee grains and has a fairly boozy underpinning too. The concept is different with coffee in bourbon barrels. I didn't inquire into the process, but after thinking about it, I'm left to wonder if all this means is that ground coffee sat around in these barrels for a while before being added to this beer. Carob and coffee that has been on the warmer too long are what I taste in a hearty and gritty palate. Decent, but found it be a rougher ride than expected.

Draft pour at Cooper's Alehouse, Seattle. A near black pour, slight ruby tint. Coffee roast forward aroma. Inviting. Morning time feel. A bit of a mocha flavor. Good chocolate presence. Toasty malt. Medium thickness for a stout. Coffee bean like lingering bitterness, but with a mellowing caramel note. Good stout overall. Bomber. Clear dark reddish brown with a frothy tan head that lasts in a ring and laces. Aromas of coffee, roasted malt, wood, caramel, light vanilla and dark fruit; plum and raisin, Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, raisin, plum, vanilla, and light caramel. Medium bodied, smooth with dry finish. The finish has a largely vanilla flavor though a lingering roasty/vanilla after.
