From notes. Enjoyed at a tasting at Corbet’s house on October 18. 16 oz can. The pour is a foggy golden yellow color with a thick white head and a couple spots of good lace as it falls. The aroma is pretty strange. There is a good bit of tropical fruits and an earthy, yet still fruity, hop that lingers on. There is a light malt that grows toward the back end. The flavor is more of the same. Big time malts up front with a strange earthy and tropical hop. It’s the weirdest combination of hops that I’ve had in a long time. The mouth feel is medium bodied with a softer carbonation and a lingeringly bitter fruit and lightly sweet malt. This is just strange from front to back… I’m not sure how I feel about it. 6 4 6 4 14

Tap at brewery. Pours hazy gold. Aroma and flavor are smooth creamy malt profile, citrus and tropical fruit notes, piney and grapefruit hop bitterness, and a dry finish with some bitterness lingering. Medium body.

Can picked up at HL, shared at level 42. It pours crazy cloudy yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, green, grassy, dank, sherbet, tangy candy, tropical fruit punch, very juicy, peach, apricot and peach. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, juicy, green, grassy, apricot, peach, dankness, pine needles, bit of spice, weed, lick of booze, straw and hay with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Well - rounded, fresh and chuggable. Nice one.

Pint can pours with a glowing opaque gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up pulses with cantaloupe, mango and guava as well as thin lime and orange peel. The taste delivers similar notes with restrained semi sweet cantaloupe and mango blended into thin bitter hoppy lime, white wine grapes, grapefruit and orange peel. Behind the hoppy fruity onslaught is a mild pleasing sense of soft oat. Dang. This has a tasty fresh tropical fruitiness as well as a load of citrus hop bitterness for balance. This is fully crushable reaching a 22, no less, on the crushability scale.

September 2017 - Tasting at One Canada Square. Can thanks to Scoopy. As 'Modern Times / Cloudwater Roots of Coincidence', 5.5%. Vibrant yellow, hazy, lightly sparkling, foamy off-white head. Aroma is big and vibrant – mango pulp and lime boiled sweets, grapefruit and foam banana sweets in the background. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is sawdust, pale wood shavings, dusty and spicy astringency, a little astringent mango peel. Decent. (8-4-7-3-15=3.7)
