COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It’s a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party.

Taste comprises punchy citric bite, cactus, passionfruit tang, on the turn melon, damp straw, pinch of salt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic pucker. Pint can. Sweet passionfruit aroma with notes of guava, wheat malt and salt. Pours clear, pale golden colored with a thin white head that has some retention and good lacing. Starts with wheat malt and sweet guava flavors with a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry and tart with nice passionfruit and salt flavors. Refreshing gose.

Seems more like a gose than a fruit beer but is even better at that. The salt is there but just faint, outside of the aroma, which is way too much for me.

1 pint can. Canned on: 06/07/17. Mine says 4.8% ABV. Pours a cloudy amber with a thick beige head. Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, lemons, wheaty grains, and light caramel in the aroma. Goes down fairly thin and crisp. The taste is full of wheaty grains, light caramel, and plenty of the aforementioned berries. Acidic and sour. Salty throughout. Any guy who'd bring a beer like this to a family vacation really knows his shit!

2017-11-16. Hazy orange body, small beige head. 3+ Aroma is relatively mild, light funk, berry fruit. Flavour is fruity, berry character, lightly sour tangy character. Average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Enjoyable but I'd like a bit more oomph all around. 7/3/7/3/14 Can courtesy of Ferris.
