COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The flavor: cold. The crushability: maximum. Ice is our very first pils, and it brings the noise. Hopped with Czech Saaz and Australian Summer hops, before, like, so many weeks of lagering, Ice packs the flavor of the mighty San Diego mountains into a compact 4.8% ABV package.

UPDATED: NOV 30, 2017 slightly hazy straw in color with an ample head of fine white foam. lots of old world hops over the top, earthy and herbal, bits of wet logs, with a slight edge of pine and geranium. feel is spritzy without a crisp edge. This a lot of commotion in a good direction. no darling but satisfying.

Faint hazy golden with a white head. Grassy with light biscuit. Light zest. Medium body. Finishes with sharp bitterness. Nice.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours light gold with a slight white had. Aroma is bready with some grassy/spicy hop. Med minus body. Flavor is bread with some nice, mostly spicy for me, Noble hop. Clean, arguably crisp. Decent pils.

Slightly hazy golden color. Frothy white head. Slightly grassy nose with cereal malt. Slightly sweet with good grassy character and puckering bitterness. Mouth isn’t as dry as I might like, but very solid and crushable.

Draft. Aroma of fresh lemon zest. Flavors of lemon jam and white bread, a bit sweet but not problematically so. Finishes dry. Tremendous.

Can in Seattle. Soft foam, pale gold, bright and lightly hazy. Grassy sweet hop nose, smooth semi-sweet sip. Fairly modern take on style, round and sweet hops, nice balance of old and new hops. Very enjoyable.

1 pint can. Hazy lemon yellow colour, head is thin and white. Nose has nice lager malt and grains with light whiffs of grass. The flavour is grainy and grassy with an herbal finish. Definitely drinkable and crushable as they say. Not my favourite Modern Times beer but definitely worth a try.

This is a well done Lager. Great refreshing summertime drink for the times you real want to ignore your wife on one of her really talkative days. Cheers from Cannery Row Beer Club! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

stevoj (5638) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 15, 2017
Can from Total Wine - Henderson. Mostly clear, pale golden, one finger foamy head, lots of carbonation. Big, full grainy aroma. Taste is more of the grains, clean, small perfect hop bite at the back. About as close to the Czech Republic as you can get.

16oz can. 6/20/17 can date. Appearance: Light golden and clear, with a slight chill haze, and a moderate fluffy white head with decent lacing.
Aroma: Bready maltiness, with a distinct floral hippiness. Not really picking up any spicy or herbal hop character.
Taste: Pleasant bready maltiness upfront, followed by a floral and spicy dominant strong bitterness that finishes dry. Almost a hint of mint.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a touch of viscosity, and a moderate bitterness.
Finish: Leaves a strongly bittered bready flavor long after the swallow.
Overall: Top notch Czech Pils, one of the better versions from an American brewery. Has that rich bread yet maltiness and floral/spicy Saaz hop character similar to that of Pilsner Urquell. Nice body as well for the style, which was surprising given the lighter color than PU. Clean and lacks diacetyl. Refreshing.
