Can. Pours a bright golden yellow pour with a mountain of white head. Very clear, but clouds up a touch with the last pour. Aroma is a light earthy note with some yeast. Tastes of lightly sweet fruity yeast, some earthy floral and dusty farmhouse flavors. IndianaRed (4862) - Boise, Idaho, USA - AUG 29, 2017
On tap. Light golden with a thin quick white head. Light and subtle French/ Belgian yeast character. Sift farmhouse flavors and a light body. Subtle and tasty devinejp (11) - - AUG 29, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 29, 2017 The first saison I've ever enjoyed. Nothing off putting, and the rounding off of the light fruity flavor was pleasing. Nothing jumping out. M4grem (83) - North Carolina, USA - AUG 22, 2017
Really good basic saison. Not too tangy and has a great mouthfeel. A bit of spice but refreshing.

1 pint can. Pours bright yellow. Lemon, passionfruit, minerals, peach, bread, light funk, pepper. Nice light body. Very refreshing and tasty too. jefcon (1906) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - AUG 19, 2017
Low gravity and chewy. Lots of grains and the beery Saaz hops are fresh and crisp, which helps cut through the wort. Yeast and corn contribute to the heaviness of the beer, which has a rye-like bread component. TH28 (470) - - AUG 5, 2017
16oz can. 6/22/17 can date. Appearance: Pale straw yellow, clear, with a light white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Decent lacing.
Aroma: Black pepper, citrus peel, and fruity Belgian yeast esters of pear and green apple. Touch of light cracker maltiness
Taste: Light cracker malt sweetness, with citrus peel and sweat pear that builds into a sharp, dry aggressive bitterness for the style.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with a high carbonation
Finish: Very dry with sharp lingering bitterness. Wonderful pear esters show up retronasally to counter the bitterness
Overall: Very nice rustic saison, with a light cracker maltiness that allows the yeast to shine. More pear and banana esters, with only a touch of black pepper, and a surprisingly aggressive bitterness for the style that finishes with a bang. Extremely dry finish, with the fruity esters and strong bitterness, make this a great saison for food Sjohnh (992) - Coventry, West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2017
Slightly darker than the wife’s Chardonnay, with a big white head and noticeable fizziness. As advertised, has pepper, grass and cracker malt. Bit of lemongrass too, and the usual banana and clove combo from the wheat. Body is pretty light - I’d have expected a bit more texture from the wheat. stevoj (5350) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUL 1, 2017
Can from Bonanza Gift Shop. Extremely pale golden with high airy head. Lemony, citrus aroma, grains in the aroma. Taste is also light, lemons, grassy, mild savory notes. Kind of sweet too. Sweetness lingers for a while, tanginess on the tongue.
