COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lomaland is Belgian-style saison that’s both complex and quaffable. In keeping with the farmhouse tradition, Lomaland is brewed with barley, wheat, and corn, giving it a complex and delicious malt body that pairs beautifully with food. Czech Saaz hops are added in the kettle to give it a lightly grassy, peppery note and just enough bitterness to cleanse the palate. It’s distinctively rustic, earthy aroma comes from the unique blend of traditional Belgian yeast strains (95% Dupont/5% Westmalle) we use to ferment it.

It pours a clear pale golden color with average head. The aroma has a Belgian spiciness to it like pepper and a bit of lemon citrus. The taste has some spiciness to it as well and some nice grassy bitterness. The body is light, clean and dry. I love the description on the can as rustic, it describes it well. This was quite enjoyable and worth the buy.

Clear light golden hue under a thin foamy white head. Bright estery and slightly papaya nose with light Belgian grains and malt and a faux bubblegum undertone. Crisp bright flavor that’s light and mellow with banana and bubblegummy Belgian esters with a little papaya and faux tropical delicacies.

Pint can. Hay aroma with notes of cracker malt, pepper and earthy yeast. Pours clear pale golden colored with a half a finger of white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with hay and crackery malt flavors with notes of corn. Finishes dry, smooth and quite refreshing with peppery spice, Earth yeasty and a hint of bright citrus. Really nice saison.

Brilliant tight white head stayed on a finely carbonated, hazy, dark lemon coloured body. Fresh aroma with lemon, spices, citrus, yeast & outdoors. Medium bodied, airy on the palate & sharper on the back. Cloying. Taste is much as the aroma with bitter/sweet citrus, yeast, spice & quite hippy with a light pepper finish.

Poured from the tap. Clear golden yellow with minimal white head. Very mild, almost watery, light yeast and citrus with hint of grass. Would like to try this again because I'm not sure if it's an issue with the bar's taps.
