COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double IPA featuring Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, and Calypso hops. It’s definitely on the piney/citrusy/resinous end of the spectrum, quite different from our other hoppy offerings.

[email protected] Turku. (backlog). Orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, grassy, some zest and mild bready and biscuity malts to it. Flavour is quite similar, with a nice and mellow bitterness to it. Smooth and hides the alcohol rather well.

Flarra Haket. Klar rätt ljus dryck. Doftar lite sånt katten släpper ifrån sig liksom bostaden korna bor i. Smaken då? Oj Ren Dipa smak . Lite ljust trä. Lite bär. Smultron och röda vinbär. Fint balanserad Dipa . Puuh

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 20 July 2016) Hazy golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple and a touch of alcohol. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, peaches, tropical fruit and a finish with a generous citric bitterness and a boozy, sugary sweetness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty with a generous hop presence, but the sweet and boozy character makes it a bit unbalanced. Quite nice.

Keg @ Bishops Arms, Hornsgatan. Hazy golden, white medium size head, good lacing. Sweet fruity aroma, orange marmalade, apricot, resin and caramel. Oily, chewy mouthfeel, mild carbonated. A lot more malt and pine in the taste, resin and sweet fruit, sticky dried apricot, orange marmalade, biscuit, sugar, caramel and hints of booze.
