COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yup, we’re adding a brand new IPA to our year round line-up. Orderville is an aggressive, fragrant beer that blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with the dank, resinous stickiness of Simcoe hops. The resulting beer is immensely complex and enjoyable, with an unmistakably bangin’ aroma and a fully saturated hop flavor and finish. The cracker-dry body keeps the focus squarely on the massive, incredibly delicious hop character. Those of you that have been Modern Times junkies for a while may recall that we called our wet-hop beers (since retired) "Orderville"; this beer is a totally different recipe, but we liked the name too much to abandon it.

Opálos arany szín. Vékony fehér hab. Grapefruitos, ananászos, gyümölcsös íz, amely jól egyensúlyoz az édes és a keserű között. Nagyon finom.

On tap at The Mint in Bethlehem, PA. Cloudy gold pour with a small creamy white head. Fruity citrus nose. Light pale malt flavor is a springboard for a splendid cacophony of tropical fruit hop bliss. Some spicy notes in middle. Wonderfully complex and satisfying.

Sweet stone fruits, peach, apricot, sweet tropical fruits, mango, tangerine. Hazy gold, tiny, creamy, white head. Light bitter. Dank hops, overripe, yet dry tropical fruits, mango, passion fruit, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Nice. Keg at Hops&Pie, Denver.

Bottle. The aroma escapes immediately after I crack the crown ... dank, indeed. Like a freshly-rained-upon forest. This pours frothy and well-topped, hazy, yellow-orange. The dankness and frothiness carries to the palate, foamy on the tongue, quite tart and puckery, yet carrying a woodsy funk to round it out. (#6800, 10/10/2017)

Bottle (Jul 31, 2017 bottling). Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers, melon), with notes of plastic and onion. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Quiet hops and some icky notes make for a not-so-enticing nose, but it's not quite repulsive. Decent flavor balance (nice that the acidity is low), but those off notes come back in the aftertaste so it's only drinkable, not enjoyable. Just barely reaching the average mark.

Pours hazy pale gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Dusty pineapple aromas. Soft with mango and pineapple upfront turning hot and dusty in the dry finish.

Heidbummer (892) - SCOTLAND - OCT 8, 2017
Taster at taproom. Pours hazy gold. Funk hop aroma. The body and taste don't quite deliver on that but it's very drinkable, dangerously. OK, but not a big hitter.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2017 Keg, Brewdog Leicester. Hazy yellow gold with an off white head. Crisp citrus with juicy tropical fruit and orange. Fresh and zesty with just the right level of herbal, grassy dankness. Spicy. Extremely drinkable.
