Can from Mane Liquor. Lots of excitement surrounding this one and I can see why. Surely one of the first new england sort of styles to be released in Aus. Lots of pithy lemon and grapefruit with plenty of bright stone fruit in there. Juicy tangerine, peach and that bitter grapefruit note. Super quenchable. A shame it’s so limited. Great drop
From a can. A damn tasty example of the style, I’d happily crush a ton of these for jyst about any reason. Shark_Pants (781) - AUSTRALIA - APR 29, 2017
500ml can. Cloudy amber with nice small tight white head. Inviting grassy grapefruit aromas, with definite pine, kiwifruit, rockmelon, passionfruit. Initial citrus flavours of grapefruit and orange, passionfruit, pineapple, a little kiwifruit, then a toasty and slightly nutty malt character and finally a resiny hop bitterness to finish. Light bodied, nice prickly carbonation, dry finish. Pretty good APA/XPA. varanid99 (1417) - AUSTRALIA - APR 27, 2017
Hazy orange-gold pour with a decent white head - settles to a nice 1cm layer of foam. Big grapefruit, lemon, peach and pineapple aroma, a bit of malt but not much. Malt comes through a bit more in tasting, but there is a big piney, orange and lemon fruitiness, long bitter citrus finish. This is excellent hawthorne00 (4236) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAR 25, 2017
Can. Rather hazy orangish amber with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, lime leaf, pine, light biscuit. Creamy, moderate carbonation. Lots of fruit - mainly citrus but some tropical notes - pine that turns out to be a little more subtle than suggested by the aroma. The malt side is just plump enough for my tastes but not enough to get in the way of the medium to high bitter finish. Good stuff, has a little character in the hop blend but just a very satisfying quaffer really.

500ml can, unfiltered, hazy amber orange, decent white head. Very piney, citrus, grapefruit, stone fruit, herbs and spice. Nice buiscuity malt, wheat there too. Very resinous and assertive bitterness in this one, though still retains aromatic hop character. Lots of yeast sediment in the can. Camons (13605) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2017

From the brewery
hazy orange amber color. Bright white head. Good retention to the head. A few strips of lacing.
Nose is an assault on pine, citrus and grapefruit. Soft biscuit backbone.
Taste is pretty aggressive. Pine, citrus, grapefruit, orange. Long lasting grapefruit peel. Medium carbonation and chewy body. Bold XPA/ Pale. Very solid macca147 (829) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 24, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 25, 2017 Can. 500ml. Pours a hazy amber colour with a white head. Aroma: mild citrus and pine aromas. Taste: mild citrus flavours, floral/pine overtones, with a lingerimg bitterness. The hops are the dominant component of the flavour. Definitely a good brew and an enjoyable flavour balance. TedE (1565) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - FEB 19, 2017
500ml can into shaker. Cloudy amber beer with solid white head. Spicy hoppy nose. Flat nutty taste. Malty nutty hoppy finish. Quite subtle but delicious nonetheless.
