Our signature pale ale, with a rich golden colour is dry hopped with Yakima valley’s (Washington State) favourite heavy hitting hop, Simcoe. This hop brings with it big aromatics of pine and citrus followed by a crisp finish. Awarded Champion Pale Ale in 2015.

Pours an amber colour with a solid white coloured head. The aroma is of pine and the flavour is subtle and also of pine. The bitterness is moderate and medium-lasting on the palate. Overall, not a bad session beer.

500 ML Can from the brewery clear orange amber color, bright white head that falls to a collar. Solid lacing on the glass. Very sticky. Nose is biscuit malt, grapefruit and pine. Good aroma but a tad bit soft. taste is biscuit malt, chalky citrus. Only thing I have never liked about his beer as comes across very chalky. Good oil and resin. Medium body and perky carbonation. Would get much higher marks except just comes across very chalky.

As it says - lovely citrus, heaps of hippy aroma, and nice crisp finish with some grassy tastes.. on tap not quite enough carbonation. Lovely!

Can (500ml). Hazy golden, medium white head. Biscuity malts, citrus (grapefruit mainly), and light pine resin notes on the nose and palate. Finishes dryish and mildly bitter. Clean and sessionable. I prefer Feral Hop Hog if you want a fresh hoppy Aussie pale ale.

Pours amber with a small head. Nose shows floral and fruity hops, soft sweet clean malt. Flavours include more floral and fruity hops, some peach notes and a hit of grassy hops. Some light clean malt afterwards.

500mL can from Slowbeer. Packaged on 10/5/16 Pale gold body with white cap atop. Moderate intensity nose- orange, grass, touch of passionfruit & pineapple with toasty malts. Medium body & carbonation. Flavour picks up a bit more on the palate - toasty, cereal sort of malt, piney, citrus, slightly tropical fruit hops with a moderate-to-high bitterness. Pretty good overall, just seems to be lacking a bit of oompf
