Pretty classic pale ale but definitely missing a hoppy flavor. Everyting else is okay except color is week and aroma is akward. Nice label and nice beer to drink in the Grand Canyon for the first time. Bov (13004) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUL 17, 2002
clear amber colour, few head, strong hop aroma, floral, very smooth with a robust dry bitter finish - a very nice beer bbooth (115) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - JUL 16, 2002
A buddy of mine gave me a bottle of this, and I think it may have gone bad, because there was slight 'funky' smell to it that also came out in the finish. The same smell and taste was in the Amber as well. I think I will try this again later and re-rate, but until then this beer was aweful. Gusler (2653) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - JAN 4, 2002
Re-Rate 01/04/02: Nice amber color, beige head, and some lace, both dissipate quickly. Nose is malt and a bit hop floral. Start is sweet, the middle a bit thin, the finish does have a nice hop spicyness, which saves this beer for me, drinkable and worth a try. VENOM (941) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 19, 2001
Nice APA. Very malty despite the evident Cascade hoppiness. Nice quaffing brew and an overall tasty package. Cool bottle for collecting as well.
