Mad_Ferret (1015) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 23, 2014
Fl 33cl, hemma, 4/1-14. Gott.

Vignale (3785) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 19, 2014

Erasmus_ro (2905) - Alabama, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with a small, yellowish-brown ring of bubbles. Aroma is quite boozy, strong caramel. Some dark, dried fruits. Taste is a stiff caramel with some resinous and pith. Quite sweet. Turns a bit boozy on the finish. Full with not much carbonation. Feels a bit boozy and hot.

sunevdj (4084) - Copenhagen OE, DENMARK - MAY 8, 2014
Bottle at home. Pours a clear brown with a tiny off-white head. Sweet with aromas of caramel malts, dried, sweet fruits and residual sugars. Hints of alcohol and black pepper towards the end. Full bodied. Soft carbonation. Dry and sweet finish.

Cunningham (7861) - Halden, NORWAY - MAY 7, 2014
Appearance: Cloudy amber color with a small tan head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Rich plum style fruity and deep malty.
Palate: Full to medium body. Slightly sweet, and a mild bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Deep malty, mild vinous and pleasant plum fruity. Dried fruits. Well masked alcohol. But not very american barley wine. Low hop profile.
Overall impression: Really fine and nice evening sipper.
Personal stats: Bottle from Systembolaget web order, Sweden.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - APR 24, 2014
0.33 l bottle, thanks Petteri! Ruby color. Sweet thick malty aroma with red currants and scent of green tea and grass. Sweet condensed taste of raisins, almonds, toasted nuts and tannins similar to grassy green tea. Fairly good barley wine but label is quite misleading as this is more of an English style.

Trevlig. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Systembolaget. This beer really packs a punch, the alcohol is present throughout, matched with a heavy sweetness reminiscent of candy-floss with dried fruits.
