tkrjukoff (4335) - SWEDEN - NOV 19, 2011
Sample @ GPF 2011. Pours black brown with a nice creamy tanned head leaving lacing. Aroma is a bit sweet, roasted, malty, acidy, ashy and fruity. Flavor is sweet, soapy, peppery, smokey, fruity, bitter and grapefruit. Finishes bitter soapy and roasted.

_angst_ (4802) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 19, 2011
Sample @ Porterfestivalen in Gothenburg on November 19. Pours black with a creamy mocha head. Smell is roasted malts, coffee, grapefruit and some liquorice. Taste is slightly sweet with roasted malts, coffee, orange zest and pine. Quite nice but felt more like a black IPA than a porter.

VsXsV (4438) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 23, 2011
Draught at VilleValla Pub. 2010 vintage. Black, opaque liquid with very big, thick tan head. Aroma is roasted with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, earthy hops, leather and caramel. Taste is also roasty with notes of pumpernickel, coffee and biscuits. Quite dry and medium to high bitterness. Medium bodied with smooth carbonation and smooth, oily mouthfeel. Nice one, has aged well. Balanced.

tiong (7278) - Espoo, FINLAND - OCT 15, 2011
Draught @ William K Kurvi, Helsinki (as Slottskällans Black Rocket Porter)

Pours black with a foamy and sticky white head. Aroma has notes of slightly roasty malts and hints of metallic ash. Taste is quite smooth with notes of roasted malts, hops and ash. Medium bodied, but quite heavily carbonated. Nice roasty finish. Okay porter but not that special.

SaintMatty (7364) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - OCT 7, 2011

3.9
sebletitje (10080) - Enghien, BELGIUM - SEP 7, 2011

Black color, dense light brown head. Malty, sweet, lactic, chocolate, metallic, coca-cola scent. Fresh. Malty, roasted, coffee, chocolate taste. First sweet, then turns dry and roasted. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Cocoa and coffee roasted aftertaste that lingers.
Very nice and taste, loads of character.

Had it many times before, but for some reason don’t seem to have rated it.

Riktigt god.

3.8
thomat (3863) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 6, 2011
Very dark brown with a medium tan head. malty with fruity notes. Coffee, malt and chocolate. medium body with a nice balanced finish.

3.5
Koelschtrinker (20398) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 7, 2011
8/11/12/12/6/12
