COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
2009-2010, 2014 brewed at Slottskällans Bryggeri. 2012 brewed at de Proef brewery. From 2015 brewed at own plant at Vega Bryggeri.

Bottle thanks to Todeon! Pours dark brown with a two finger fizzy brownish orange head. The aroma is roasted and lactic with a touch of coffee and blackberries. The flavor is roasted and soapy with a dry start then comes a distinct brown sugar sweetness on the tip of the tongue. Very nice soft mouthfeel. It rounds out dry and nutty with roasted coffee beans and a soapy, bitter finish. A very flavorful porter.

Croff (164) - Ostra Sonnarslov, SWEDEN - MAR 16, 2010
Pours near black. beige head fading to a lace. Aroma of caramel, coffee, rye bread, sweet. Caramel, coffee, roast flavor. Dry, coffee, bitter cocoa.bit of smoke finish. Well rounded. Smooth. Although this brew has a lower ABV than many others, I think more alcohol would hurt the flavor of this one. It is a very good brew.
