Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours an almost clear amber with a dense off-white head leaving a little lacework. Fresh citrusy hop aroma - delicious. Medium body, lightly caramellish rich and sweet with a smooth mouthfeel. And then again great aroma hops that leaves quite some bitterness. A hybrid Oktoberfest! 071112 yespr (48876) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - NOV 7, 2012
33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy to grapefruity. Bitter, toasted malty and smooth peachy to grapefruity. Smooth fruity and toasted malty finish. ElDesmadre (3982) - Mikołów, POLAND - NOV 2, 2012
Bottle, from a trade with Cunningham. Although I am a traditionalist generally speaking, I regard this ’updated’ marzen to be far superior to the classic ones. Lovely hazy brown with a fluffy head. Aroma is pineapple, mango, peach, some lychee, grapefruit, floral, all over a layer of bready malts. Robust marzen body, very hoppy flavour and a true to style, medium bitterness. The finish gets unexpectedly dry which is this beer’s only small drawback - the malts reside before the throat which is why the finish seems a little bit hollow. Other than that, this would be a perfect marzen. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 28, 2012

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear amber, small head. Evident tropical fruit aroma. Fairly sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and mango some citrus. Mid bitter finish. Quite tasty, but with marginal connection to the style. JoeMcPhee (10129) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 19, 2012
Bottle courtesy of fiuljin. Deep hazy amber pour with a thick white head. The aroma is lovely. Soft clean toasted malt and a touch of light caramel. Bready and well rounded. Clean and slightly herbal/minerally as well. There is a great freshness to the brew. Substantially hoppier than I was expecting but it works quite well. A really tasty brew.
