ElDesmadre (3627) - Mikołów, POLAND - APR 10, 2013
UPDATED: APR 21, 2013 Bottle, traded with Cunningham. Aroma of dry chocolate, roast and piney hops, some licorice notes and fruity hints. Full, thick body, light sweet taste, deeply roasted flavour. Rather harsh on the palate - it’s so roasted, that it gets tart and results in a strong and rough bitterness. The finish is roasty and hoppy, with notes of coffee and earth. Not too complex and not too smooth but all in all a very good beer.

Pours dark with low latte brrown head Nice aromas of chocolate malts, brown sugar, honey, some coffee, hints of vanilla. Medium bitter, medium bodied, low carbonation. Nice coffee-bitter ending. Mohawk is getting better and better! Well done!

mzaar (3463) - Varberg, SWEDEN - DEC 21, 2014
Sälta i eftersmaken.

SlackerMads (3360) - DENMARK - NOV 22, 2012
Bottle. Dark brown close to black with a light brown diminishing head. Aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, mild coffee and hoppy grapefruit/pineapple/citrus notes. Soft and light creamy mouth feel but quite light body. Taste is licorice, roasted malt, cocoa with a bit of hoppy citrus. A little salt in the finish. Nice and well made but nothing groundbreaking.

Bottle (330 ml) from Systembolaget. Roasted malty with chocolate, coffee and some vanilla notes, sweet, medium body with an oily texture. The finish is dry, bitter and roasted malty with chocolate. Quite nice.

Marsiblursi (3076) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 16, 2012
(Bottle) Pours dark brown to black with a creamy, brown head. The aroma holds lots of fresh grapefruity hops and salt liquorice up front with undertones of cocoa, coffee, coal, asphalt brown sugar, honey tea, juicy dark bread, raisins, peppery vanilla, grass and a touch of yellow fruits. The deep malt profile and juicy hoppiness makes the nose near perfect. The flavour is light sweet, medium bitter and tiny acidic with notes of nice clean roasted and deep malt alongside resinous, grassy, spice, floral and citric hops. Undertones of brown sugar, dark caramel and liquorice. The mouthfeel is round, clean and smooth with a light tart-ish ending. Soft carbonation. Lingering salty, roasted and earthy/woodsy/grapefruity finish. Medium to full bodied.

3.5
TEJA (3067) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 5, 2013
Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Short brown head. Cleqar brown color. Big coffey arona and dark roasted malts. Much caramell and dark roasted roasted malts. Alcoholic and a bit young in the taste. Firm body and some residual sweetness.
