Bière d’une grande pureté. Extrêmement bien équilibrée. Amertume du houblon et alcool en subtilité. Très jolie mousse.

Tide (3970) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 12, 2016
Bottle from Beergium. Golden color, white head. Bitter/a bit sour taste with citrus, earthy notes, hops, spices, grass and a bit of ripe fruits. Bitter/sour finish with citrus, earthy notes, hops, spices and grass. Excellent Belgian strong ale, although not as great as standard Moinette.

3.1
rumproasts (5425) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 8, 2016
bottle. Hazy straw with three finger head. Extremely bland saison. I don’t know if this is just too old at this point, but it’s just some light sweet graininess with a dull bitter finish. Very little yeast flavor, and no discernable funk. I was quite underwhelmed by this one.

2.6
jukkar (132) - FINLAND - FEB 21, 2016
Bottle 25cl. Aroma is yeasty, nothing special there. As the beer is non filtered, it is very cloudy. Color is golden. Minimal head. Taste is sweet and lightly sour. Beer is quite fizzy, finish is short, texture is slightly creamy. This is drinkable but not really my favorite because taste was too sweet.

3.7
melush (4222) - SPAIN - FEB 16, 2016
Bottle 75cl / Botella 75cl. @ Cerveceria Internacional, Sevilla, España. A: Hazy golden / Dorado turbio. T/S: Yeast, hops, citrusy, caramel / Levadura, lupulo, citrico, caramelo.

Garrold (5336) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2016
750ml bottle from Mig’s Wines, Brussels. Cloudy, orange gold. Big, rocky, thick, bubbly, lasting, creamy white head. Looks just about perfect. Nose has barley sugar sweets. Custard malts. Flora. Taste is buttery, grainy sweet. Light bitter. Soft, foamy, smooth palate. Finishes a tad sweet, with minimal bitterness. Smells good. Looks great. A bit sweet. But £2.60 a bottle!

3.5
artyom (1132) - Osijek, CROATIA - JAN 30, 2016
0.25l bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is spicy with coriander, yeast, sugar, pear and other fruits. Taste is medium to heavy sweet. Medium body. Overall it’s good beer, little bit on the sweet side.
