UPDATED: JUL 3, 2013 25cl bottle at home. Shared with Mathieu87. Appearance: clouded blonde beer, unstable white head. Nose: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast used by backers), grains, little sour. Taste: yeast, some spices, rather dry, some sugar. Didnt really enjoy this beer, I like the regular version way better!

Sweet mellow savoury aroma. Clean, no eco acpects at all. Bright gold, small head. A simple citrussy saison, lovely and fresh and uplifting. Palate clean and crisp. So thirst quenching, and not showing signs of 7.5% at all. Classic saison.

Bottle of 25cl, in a Gueuze glass; from the fridge. Really refreshing beer, with a strong taste of typical farm-ale. The color is orange/yellow, with a white, creamy-fuzzy head. Strong malt and little hop aroma. Go for it !

Yella lots of carbonation. Spicy yeast hops aroma. Hoppy with some fruity yeast, drying bitterness. Fantastic, flavorful, satisfying. Even better than the original Moinette which wasnt as hoppy florally. A great surprise, delicious and complex.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden body with a medium, dense white top. Floral aroma with wheat and fruity, belgian-yeast notes. Flavor is very well balanced. Light sweet, light pungent and with a very subtle bitterness. Light spiced with hints of clove, coriander and orange-peel. Quite nice this one. Medium body and avg to high co2 levels.

750ml bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, long-lasting medium size white head, good lacing. Citrus fruity, peppery and soapy yeast, green apples and bread dough. Highly carbonated but soft and creamy mouthfeel. Yeasty bread dough up front in the taste, citrus hoppy, hay and gentle funk, peach, apple, cloves, spicy and herbal. Refreshing, tastes like a successful hybrid of a fruity saison and a Belgian Dubbel!
