Draught @ ZBF 2009, St.-Niklaas, Belgium.
Unclear medium amber yellow color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090307]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is grainy to pilsner like hoppy. Flavour is medium sweet with a solid note of Belgian yeast, quite grainy, caramel malt and a mild bitterhops note which reminds me of a blend between a classic pilsener and a Belgian ale. Ends light grainy and bitter

An unclear amber beer with only a slight head. It has an aroma like as if has been spontaniously fermented. The flavor is a little flat with hints of spontanious fermentation but without the sharpness - it has a round sweet flavor. A really good beer.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, big fluffy head. Aroma wheat, hops and some sugar. Flavour is hops, malts, yeast and some earthy and ginsengic notes. Very weird mix, but still very refreshing.

(Bottle 75 cl) Orangey golden, not really that much head - but a lot of CO2 though... Some spicy - citrusy? - notes. Starts a bit on the sweet side only to go through an underlying tartness to end bitter. Rather complex pattern. 250997

Bottle courtesy of Dave, found at the local puttt putt golf course, thanks! Cloudy yellow color, large white head. Aroma of funky barnyardiness. Taste is funky, dusty lemon. Ahh, that Dupont yeast shines through.
