Not available in the U.S., Brador is known for its high alcohol content. A bit of a kick, but not a lot of character.

Thanks for this fine malt likka, Shawn. Pours a clear golden color with a short lived white head. Smells of corn, apple, grass, and sugar. Light malt aroma and some water. The flavor is quite sweet and sugary. Corn and apple juice sweetness, too. A bit of grass, mild malt, and some yeast.

blackipa again, candian ticks are tics. Gold, small white head. You know, check my review for mickeys and add sweeter. That’s about it. I don’t mind, good brewski broski.

zimbo (961) - SCOTLAND - NOV 30, 2012
Bit of full tasty maltiness here with a relatively decent backbone considering its an old school mass markety beer. Bit golden, bit silky for the style and slightly on the hefty side. Again, for the type of beer it is.

MacBoost (1913) - Victor, New York, USA - MAR 21, 2012
Bottle from the Beer Store, Niagara Falls, Canada. Not your typical malt liquor as compared to the more nasty versions from the U.S. I can actually detect some hops in this one, which is unusual. Very malty, some alcohol is noticeable. Not very strong, but drinkable.

reebtogi (6284) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 7, 2012
341ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a 2 finger white head that settles quickly leaving no lacing. Aroma is light grains and faint hops. Taste is malty sweet with a mild hop bitterness. Finishes fairly clean with no off tastes. Slightly above average for the style.

Metalchopz (3395) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 18, 2012
Originally rated September 2005. Bought this single bottle at the Marché Richelieu on St.-Jean street in Quebec City. Written malt liquor on the label. Pours a golden colour with a medium head. Retention is not bad and lacing is minimal. Aroma of malt is nice and strong with lots of grain. Taste of sweet malt all the way and almost a dry finish. Alcohol present in the mouth, but no burn going down. Quite smooth overall.

Bottle from Niagara. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma moderate+ malty. Flavor sweet. Medium body, boring.

When a kid on a trip to Toronto, I stumbled on this. At a polka hall, I bought a few of these for a sweet little thing, danced a few polkas and ended up in the back seat of her car. My favorite beer of all time.

I remember stumbling into this interesting selection from the Molson line up. I genuinely enjoyed it actually. Ice cold of course.

Have had this in Canada. Aroma and taste were sweet malt and alcohol. Very little hops. Unfortunately, the most "interesting" brew at the state beer store at the time.
