not fussed on this one, a strong taste of alcohol in this one. small can makes it a bit of a waste of money

Canette de 236 ml. Couleur blonde jaune avec un col inexistant. Ârome de grains transformés et industriels. Goût de malt cheap et d’eau. Je savais déjà que se serait dégueu mais j’étais curieux.

Shared with Wim at my home. Clear blond colored beer with small white head and only few carbonation. Yeasty fruited aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is bitter sweet.

Drank from a tiny can. Tastes like a molson, but with more malt aroma and taste. I actually like this than the regular Molson Canadian!

Just a stronger version of a beer that has no right to the name it claims I thought this would be a fad but it seems to be sticking around

It has a light golden color with good clarity and carbonation. This is topped off with a tall white head of foam that quickly settles down to a wispy thin film layer which make some slick spotty lacing on the glass. Smell: As I had expected it has a light aroma with a pale biscuity malt and very faint grassy hops. Taste/Palate: The base is a pale malt with a plain biscuity and saltine cracker like character. It has a dry overall taste with very light hop flavor and bitterness. The palate has a smooth almost creamy texture with soft carbonation.

The only time I drank this was back when they had the bullseye on the can to encourage you "shotgun" the cold shot (before they had to take it off because some c**t with a long face complained it encouraged excessive consumption). It was 08:00 hours. At an employee golf tournament. An 8am shotgun start of course meant an 8am shotgun beer start for my buddy and I. The day went sharply downhill from there as we shotgunned one per hole on a 9 hole course with free shot/sampling stations between each one. The day ended by him spilling beer on my crotch while driving the golf cart then me pouring mine on his because I thought he did it on purpose. All in all it was a pretty great day except that this beer tasted like the bathroom at a Mexican bar smells like.

Slightly better than an Alpine Max, such a rating. It has an aluminum sweet corn taste and smell. Plus it has some nasty hay touches in there as well. A step up from piss.

250 ml can. Clear but darker yellow colour. Funky pils like aroma and sweet corn. On the palate it is gross with a bit of a alcohol bite but that is being generous. Terrible beer but I have to say GO Habs GO! Playoffs hockey baby!

Whaaaaaat? First thing that comes to mind when I see all these poor reviews on this website! This is your traditional Molson Canadian beer, only they upped the ABV to 6% and they consider this a "strong beer"!!! Please, somebody correct me technically but I believe a strong beer is 8%. Unless a strong beer is considered anything higher than 5%? But then again Cariboo (5.5%) doesn’t consider themselves a strong beer. We all know that a 3% increase in beer gives it a sharp edge (think any 8% strong beers), but this 1% increase is definitely not proportionate- in other words- it’s stronger, but you can’t taste the difference. The beer is very palatable, its is very smooth and leaves hardly any after taste in your mouth. This is a great size for chugging or shot-gunning, if you have trouble with a normal size beer (this can is 30% smaller compared to normal size beer can of 355 mL) Reason I bought this beer was because it seemed cheap compared to other beer, an 8-pack for just under $14 after tax where I live. All in all it is a great beer and it’s relatively cheap.
