Light straw colour. Virtually non-existant aroma. Sweet...candied apples, light acidity. Overcarbonated. Grains as far as the eye can see. You know, Iíve tasted macrobrew from all over the world and Canadian ones are about as bad as it gets. No redeeming features, this is really poor. Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 13, 2000

Who are they kidding? This is Molson Canadian. DocLock (10660) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 21, 2004
I got more flavor, aroma, and overall enjoyment from this one than American BMC swill, but I wouldn't drink it again. DuffMan (10285) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 2, 2006
I donít like regular Canadian, and I like this even less. Iím not sure what the "icing" process is meant to add, but this REAKS and tastes bad.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2005 probably one of the better ice beers. Not much to say. too much alcohol taste for my liking. just your average canadian bar beer. reebtogi (6246) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 7, 2012
341ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a small white head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is light grains and faint hops. Taste is light malty sweetness with a mild hoppy bitterness that lingers. Typical macro lager. dwyerpg (6078) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - FEB 23, 2006
Looks and smells terrible. Doesnít tastes as bad as the first appearance, but it certainly isnít good either. Another beer for the list, thatís about all - glad I could buy a single. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - JUN 14, 2014
Oh geez, found another one, well here goes.
It was poured into pilsener glasses and pint glasses and honestly there wasnít much difference in either one.
The appearance was a super light yellow to orange color with a quickly dissipating foamy white head that left no lacing.
The smell had a semi-decent cooked corn/roasted barley aroma.
The taste was mostly sweet through the previously mentioned flavors.
The palate sat exceptionally light and sessionable.
Overall, just another AAL that I would only have again if offered.
