Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

Not good but better than Bud.

Brilliant clear golden with a thin foamy spotty top. Semisweet pale lagery aroma of light grains and light cereal and light corn with a slight grassy bite. Crisp semidry flavor that’s got little nuances of corn and pale cereal grain and a mellow lagery biscuity palate. Nice and crisp with a very subtle grassy hop undertone. Not shabby.

hey this is pretty decent for the price. smooth and simple and some flavor. id say its worth getting for what it is.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours golden with a foamy, white head. The aroma was skunky grain. The taste was corn, cereal, and skunky bitterness. This didn’t taste very good and smelled even worse. I wouldn’t get this again.

From old tasting notes. Light gold color with a big foamy white head. Small bubble carbonation. Sweet fruity citrus aroma. Light bready malt palate with a touch of hops. Smooth and light with a tart grainy finish.

Smell of straw, funk. Tastes of malt, straw, funk. Smooth drinking. Not a bad beer.

I got this from Friar Tucks. Pours gold with a white head. Taste grain, corn, mild funky. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. I don’t know why these guys brew so many crappy beers but they certainly have a knack for it. Vaguely sweet, a bit too much carbo, thin body, very lightly bitter and a very brief very lightly bitter finish.

joejames (510) - Jacobus, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 31, 2016
Bottle to shaker glass, pours pale straw yellow, one finger quick white head. Some lacing with slight retention. Aroma of biscuit and grass. Taste is sweet with just a hint of bitterness. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation, watery mouth feel. Finishes dry. Tasting notes of cereal grains, grass, slight skunk and bread. Better than most American pale lagers but that’s not saying much.

Nekronos (4175) - Xalapa, MEXICO - MAR 16, 2016
Quite normal. Refreshing and thin but not so heavy as many golden beers. Sweet and with that honeyed taste of Canadian beers.

shanoknowsfood (102) - Hawaii, USA - FEB 16, 2016
Not bad. A little sweet and definitely refreshing. Not the best but better than Budweiser, Miller, or most other American swill. Would have some again.
