Above average american lager . Drinkable and good for sommer parties . Nothing complex but does it’s job well . Ron (3956) - Rochester, New York, USA - FEB 13, 2002
Good beer. Has some body to it and goes down well. We used to drink the OV splits alot in the old days. (20 years ago) Why, cause that’s they only way some bars carried it. Izzy99 (4) - USA - FEB 9, 2002 does not count
This beer is good for the rocking generation no matter what age! I love this beer because it has some zip to it and amateurs can’t handle it. It seperates the boys from the men! I know that I’m a man along with Chase and Joel, whoever those fine rockers are... chaseandjoel (9) - Transcona, Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 9, 2002 does not count
Chase Prasek and Joel St Pierre drink this OV stuff daily. We are young at heart and always ready for OV, infact we are under the influence of OV right now. ROCK ON!! LuckeyHaskins99 (180) - Toledo, Ohio, USA - FEB 7, 2002
Okay OV is pretty simple stuff. smoother than Budwesier, kind of crisp, not too much. The least pretentious of the Molson line. It doesn’t try to be what it isn’t and it good at that. They used to sponsor five pin bowling, and is currently about as common.

Very surprised when I tried this beer. Thought it was like Ex, but much better. Cottage beer... Gooner (136) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2001
Bad in the bottle, bad in the can. OV has the nickname in Canada of ’Old Vag*na’. That being said, OV is EXCELLENT on tap!!! :) Be sure to try this at the pub on tap if it’s available. It’s entirely different on tap. MEAT99 (3) - WINNIPEG, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 19, 2001 does not count
THIS IS THE MOST CLEAN AND REFRESHING BEER AROUND. YOU CAN DRINK IT FAST OR SLOW AND IT WILL ALWAYS LEAVE YOU WANTING MORE sleepdirt (169) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - OCT 7, 2001
A beer of my youth. I remember It tasted ok when O’keefe made it. Ever Since Molson bought them out this beer just tastes bad. bipolar1 (268) - Hancock, Michigan, USA - SEP 30, 2001
I’ll take a Canadian macro-lager over an American one anyday.
