Poured a golden body with a thin, white head.
Smelled like alcohol. Some malt too.
Alcohol flavor all the way but it works somehow. It must be drunk cold to keep it from going gasoline-like on you.
Smooth on the palate as the alcohol strips it down.

3/29/03: bottle.
golden color with plenty of white, frothy head. lacing noted. not bad for the style and it even has some hints of taste (mostly alcohol.) packs a buzz.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2004 My favorite part about going to Canada. Good strong beer with not too fruity of a taste. Will get you drunk and fast so be careful.

Its quite good for a strong beer. Its also quite good for the young beer drinkers, it'll get you hammered good

All I have to say is that there are easier ways of getting drunk, its called rice wine or any other cheap booze. Taste is all alcohol with sugar added in the attempt of calming this flavour disaster.

Bang for the buck.. that's really what it's about... so if you are traveling north anytime, keep this one in mind.

I once paid a guy 3 bucks to pound 4 of these puppies In 5 Minutes--To say the least he was Toast-A Riffic--Greg Monroe Rules!!! Great Beer buy this when you head North Of The Border!!

This isn’t worth an extra 3 dollars when you can have a better tasting beer with much better flavour. (Great Western Gold!)

What a blatant excuse for easy drunkenness. This beer is so sweet I can only stomach one. May as well start drinking cheap whiskey if you’re drinking to get drunk, anyways.

A better attempt at a strong beer than Labatt. A six-pack will set you back a weeks wages in sick leave but enjoyable none the less.
