Pours reddish amber colored with small creamy head. Smells malty-sourish and sugary. Starts with bitter and sourish malts, some sourish yeast and a slight fruity note. Middle part is yeasty sourish with fruity notes. Finish is sourish-fruity and slight yeasty.
Bottle thanks to a trade with Koelschtrinker . Appearance: Dark ruby red, tiny white head. Aroma: Cherry, lots of malt, vanilla and the hickory is nice and subtle, coriander, wheat and lemon too. Flavour: Nice hoppiness at first followed by a little sourness, cherry, lemon, coriander, hickory again with a lovely long bitter cherry finish. Quite nice! Thanks to Sebastian for sharing! Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a light tan head. Woody, earthy, salty all backed by some malt. Taste fooled noise with some sourness. Light body with tight active carbonation.

Pour is a slightly hazed copper amber with a tight faint tan head. The nose is faint, light wood, moderate sweetness, caramel and malt. Taste is stronger, sweetness dominates with light saltiness. Mostly malt sweetness, caramel malt and some berry. Finish is highly carbonated and a bit prickly. Slightly watery through the finish and the wood falls off. fonefan (49997) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 31, 2013

The carbonation is more controlled than in the Apple Wood version, the bottle is not gushing and the head is generous and firm; the color is amber, hazy. The aroma is not convincing at all, it’s mild, but there is puke and paint thinner. Vulgar flavor, with impression of vegetables; moderate saltiness; low bitterness.
Not very good, rather different (and worse) than the Apple Wood.
Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, cheers to Paulo, 09/12/13.
Murked up ambres with a thin off white covering.
Nose is apple skin, light acidic waft, bitter orange, straw, dank fruit.
Taste comprises apple core, orange pith, straw, musty, light sugar, faint lactose.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation.
Decent enough refreshing Gose. madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - DEC 16, 2013

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Paul who also identified the Apple Tango nose on this hazy amber beer. Tidy cream coloured head. Palate is softish and light. Little malt with a touch of caramel and then very slightly sour apple. Semi dry finish. Interesting beer, had to double check it wasn’t the Apple wood version!
