Sour, slightly doggie aroma. Lightly foggy, very pale brew. Big, low-density white head. Light body. Generally crisp, but there were doughy/starchy epsiodes. Mild cereal tones. Sourish finish with fruit. Generally pretty dry. This is a good late summer/early fall brew for North Florida. Not the most distinct or flavorful, it is light bodied and the only outstanding flaw was the wheaty aroma when the brew was first poured. On tap, Momo’s. Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light golden, soft, light white head. Somewhat of a neutral aroma with some lemony accents, a bit of yeast. Flavor has a lemony profile with some spiciness accented with a touch of coriander with a back end of yeast. Clover notes throughout. Mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing. Decent.
