COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bright, spicy Belgian-style wit. An effervescent, easy-drinking wheat beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, German hops, and a whisper of ginger from the Far East. This mustachio’d Belgian-style wit believes that good beer defies borders. The name Fu Manbrew was crowdsourced with some help from our friends at Scoutmob. They call the mustache a “Flavor Savor” for a reason.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy medium mouthfeel on a rich velvety herbal spicy wit. Tea notes. Good.

Draft. Hazed golden pour. Regular witbier some wheat and spice notes fairly drinkable.

kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 11, 2017
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body with a one finger foamy white head. The nose is equal parts coriander and orange peel with a light yeastiness and wheat. The flavor is coriander dominated, but on the fairly subtle side. Light yeastiness and lingering spice. Light bodied and smooth with light fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent Wit.

Dark yellow pour with moderate white foam that left traces on the glass. Cereal malt in the nose with some ginger notes and grassy hops. Some yeast comes out in the flavor, but it is mostly hops, bready malt, and some ginger spiciness. The finish is slightly hoppy. The ginger never quite comes out to compliment the wheat and malt.

Appearance is light and yellow. Taste is wheat with hints of citrus. Overall good not great.

Aggiebob (1250) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JAN 26, 2017
Bottle. Cloudy yellow and poured with a big frothy white head that has great retention. Aroma is Belgian spice with some light tropical - lemon and orange notes.

jredmond (8508) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 30, 2016
Bottle shared with Linh, Scarlett and mom while in Madison, GA. Pours a clear orange, golden body with thin white lacing. Nose is spice, lemon and clove. Mouthfeel is crisp and carbonated with tons of clove and spice.

rdixon77 (2944) - Georgia, USA - MAY 27, 2016
Had a grainy base with a wheat, spicy kick. The coriander was a little extremely. Not bad though.

3.5
Suttree (6484) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 2, 2016
Cloudy orange, nice white head. Smells lightly spicy, with notes of coriander and oregano or something like that. Seems a bit on the sweet side, and also a bit heavy for the style. Still pretty tasty, with subtle spice and fruit throughout.

oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2016
Pours a cloudy yellow. Aromas of orange and spice. Flavor has too much orange, White beers aren’t high on my list. But this one wasn’t that bad, had a little more of a crisp alcohol bite to it.
