That touch of ginger is exactly what this style needed to be fresh and master the palate. Reminds me of Avery 11. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold body with a one finger foamy white head. The nose is equal parts coriander and orange peel with a light yeastiness and wheat. The flavor is coriander dominated, but on the fairly subtle side. Light yeastiness and lingering spice. Light bodied and smooth with light fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent Wit. Dark yellow pour with moderate white foam that left traces on the glass. Cereal malt in the nose with some ginger notes and grassy hops. Some yeast comes out in the flavor, but it is mostly hops, bready malt, and some ginger spiciness. The finish is slightly hoppy. The ginger never quite comes out to compliment the wheat and malt. Appearance is light and yellow. Taste is wheat with hints of citrus. Overall good not great. Aggiebob (1121) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - JAN 26, 2017
Bottle. Cloudy yellow and poured with a big frothy white head that has great retention. Aroma is Belgian spice with some light tropical - lemon and orange notes. jredmond (8283) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 30, 2016
Bottle shared with Linh, Scarlett and mom while in Madison, GA. Pours a clear orange, golden body with thin white lacing. Nose is spice, lemon and clove. Mouthfeel is crisp and carbonated with tons of clove and spice.

Had a grainy base with a wheat, spicy kick. The coriander was a little extremely. Not bad though. Suttree (6382) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 2, 2016
Cloudy orange, nice white head. Smells lightly spicy, with notes of coriander and oregano or something like that. Seems a bit on the sweet side, and also a bit heavy for the style. Still pretty tasty, with subtle spice and fruit throughout. oldrtybastrd (5002) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 10, 2016
Pours a cloudy yellow. Aromas of orange and spice. Flavor has too much orange, White beers aren’t high on my list. But this one wasn’t that bad, had a little more of a crisp alcohol bite to it. Mep3222 (1560) - East Greenbush, New York, USA - DEC 26, 2015
Banana nutty Belgian yeast flavor and aroma. Flavor is a full bodied Belgian wit with a spicy finer finish and hop bitterness. The ginger is nice with this beer but does have a slight weird funk to the finish. But not a bad beer.

Pours a hazy yellow from the bottle with thin white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of big Belgian wheat esters, nice spice notes. Taste follows, ginger is faint, which is nice to me. Interesting take on the style, light and refreshing.
