Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Vannete, noe korn. Lett. Vannete også i smak, noe maltig med en svært lett bitterhet i avslutningen. Noe metallisk. Gangstergafje (1142) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - SEP 17, 2016
The beer looks simple. The color of the beer is golden yellow. The color is very pale. The beer is clear as water and a lot of bubbles can be seen rising towards the top. On top of the beer a layer of white soft foam is formed. The bulk of the foam collapses, to leave a creamy layer of foam. The smell is very simple. I smell some simple bitter hop tones and a mild malty sweetness. It is very mild. There is hardly any smell at all. The same goes for the taste. There is a nice bitter hop flavor and a balancing sweetness. It is a bit to mild. It misses some flavor and smell. But the flavor that is there, is nice. For a gluten free beer it ain’t bad.
