The world’s first organic, gluten-free and Fairtrade lager
Fairtrade - organic - gluten free.
The beer has a mild, slightly bitter, ‘hoppy’ flavour and is easy and refreshing to drink. The beer is brewed using only high-grade, certified-organic barley malt, rice and hops. The rice used also has Fairtrade certification.

Aroma: Sweet malty, fruitiness, pils malt, light roastiness. Appearance: Clear golden, very thin, off-white head. A little bit of lacing. Taste: Medium bitterness, medium-strong maltiness, well balanced with a dry finish. Refreshing, crisp. Palate: Medium body, medium high carbonation, Overall: Highly enjoyable! UPDATED: NOV 28, 2010 Taste this 05.10.2010 @ home from bottle 33 cl. (Bio planet but im not sure) Almost clear yellow color, with medium white head. Low body. Taste good grains, bit hops, good for a pilsener. On 22 nov. @ Horeca Expo blind Pilsener tasting (6 belgians) this one is the best ! Taste like what a pilsener must be !

Bottle from Beerstore. Toronto, ON. Pours a crystal clear straw colour with a small white head. Aroma of grains and bread. Taste matches the aroma with some citrus notes. Moderate carbonation. Lacing clinging to the side of the glass.
