For people that enjoy sweet honey mead, this is the best! I’ve had meat from all of the world, and I keep coming back to this one. I’m so glad I found it and I’m able to have it again.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer festival 2017. A clear amber copper coloured pour with a halo if white head. Aroma is lovely sugar, earthy honey, maple, floral. Little hot alcohol. Flavour is composed of syrup, honey, earthy honey, apple pie,. Lovely earthy honey... Palate is sugary sweet, low sticky carbonation. Love it.

750ml bottle from the lcbo. Clear Copper pour, long legs on the glass with no head. Aroma is very floral, honeysuckle, with hints if tulip, and a subtle yet pungent Aroma of slowly rotting bouquet of flowers. Mouth feel. Is viscous and oily. Finish is slightly sweet, flavours of sherry, and very sweet apples, with more rotting bouquet, and floral mouth coating yeasty honey. Quite the drink.... Not quite sure what to make of it.

75cl bottle. Clear orange amber colour, some initial bubbles that quickly disappear leaving no head and deep honey aroma, herby, with liquorice & earthy alcohol. Honey flavour, some sweetness, plus flowery, spice & grassy notes. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, warming finish. Very drinkable.

75cl bottle from Drink Monger. Pours a dark golden colour with an aroma of honey, alcohol and yeast. Similar flavours and just a little sweet. A lovely slick, oily mouth-feel with lingering sweet honey and alcohol. Certainly one of the better meads I’ve had.

Bottle shared at 4:20, Rome, cheers Alex! Being the first mead I’ve ever had, I have little to compare this against and no real idea whether this is a good one or not. Anyway, who cares what anyone says about it but me? I’m the guy drinking it. Strong and sweet dusty aroma dominated by honey. Sweet honey flavour, some heather, touch of sourness. Surprisingly easy to drink once you work your way down the bottle. Nobody else seems to be drinking this so me being the graveyard of unwanted drinks, best finish this.

Bottle at 4:20. Clear, light and bright gold. Light booze aroma, some fruits and honey. Sweet, but not the sweetest mead I’ve had - which is nice. Full bodied and warming. Sugar, honey and mild alcohol on the finish. Nice.
