Poured light copper. Extremely clear in the glass, looked great. Unfortunately, did not taste as good as it looked. Good malty flavor, but overpowered by an off flavor - seemed like sun exposure or too much oxidation. Could just be the batch I got but overall, I will not be trying this again.

12oz Bottle. It poured a clear medium amber with an average (1-2 finger) off white creamy head that offered up great retention, finally reducing to a long lasting thin cap and had excellent sheets of lacing. The aroma was extremely mild of a light grain malt, mild herbal hops and a light earthy yeast with notes of caramel, a bit of spice and a light fruity ester. The taste was very different from the aroma. It was bold, very malty and a tad sweet with a big note of caramel that lasted throughout, with the finish having a mild fruitiness and a small bite of spiciness towards the end. The flavor hung around for a decent amount of time proceeding the swallow, with a nice sweet malty taste that was left to linger on the taste buds for a while longer. Mouthfeel was just under medium in body with a creamy yet mildly dry texture and a soft carbonation. Overall I was rather taken by surprise with this very impressive organic Amber Ale. It possessed a ton of flavor and an awesome drinkability. This is most likely is the best organic beer I have tasted to date...

Single bottle, Total Wine. Pours a clear dark amber with a small, tinny head. Aroma of yeast and citrus with something soapy underneath. Unfortunately carries over into the flavor - tastes like a decent enough amber ale otherwise, but there’s a metallic, soapy element in there that’s pretty unpleasant.

3 ounce sampler at the Grovetoberfest Miami beer festival 10/13/12. Not bad.

Not a bad beer. It really comes off more as a mediocre Trippel than an amber ale. High carbonation, and goes down easy. I’d drink it again, but won’t seek it out.

Bottle to chilled shaker glass at Fish Bones in Orlando. Dark amber pour with a thin white head. Standard amber ale aroma, a little bit of hops and a little bit of sweet malt. Taste is somewhat Belgian fruity but also partially metallic. Sweet finish. Meh.

Bottle. Pours an amber color with a fairly small head to it. Fairly malty in both taste and smell. Fairly average as a beer goes.

Bottle while in the Keys, pleasantly surprised by an organic Belgian amber. I had another.
