On tap at Taps. Pours a pale rose color without much head. Very light and delicate in flavor. Nice floral taste balanced nicely against the Belgian yeast.

On tap @ Monkish. Red/amber pour with a white head. Nose is very, very floral. Lots of hibiscus and chamomile. Tons of pepper, rose, and tart apple esters. Hints of pear and bread. Flavor is kind of tea-like. Hibiscus, chamomile, rose, and pepper, too. Apple, pear, yeast, and some sweet malt. Light tartness on the finish.

8/18/13: Draft. Pink color with a fluffy creamy white head. Aroma is earthy, pressed fragrant flowers tea, cat pee, cotton balls. Flavor is a delicious mixture of peppery yeast and crisp tartness, over a soft-feel body. Fun and effective. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - AUG 8, 2012
Aroma is mild on this beautifully red hued saison but the taste has a lovely herbal/fruit/tea quality that is very tasty and then becomes very dry. Quite the change from initial taste to the back of the palate. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUL 31, 2012
On tap at Beachwood and later at the brewery. Pours with a crystal clear, reddish tinted body with a white head. Aromas are floral, grainy, bready and estery. Peppery, strong chamomile, rose water, low phenols. Flavors are just south of overpowering chamomile tea (which I like, so it isn’t an issue), bready, malty, low phenol, moderate ester. Lots of tea like qualities. Light tartness. Lively bubbles, dry. Good, but the spices are a touch strong. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUL 16, 2012
(Draught) Pours a clear glowing orange body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of chamomile, hibiscus, caramel, and nuts. Flavor of chamomile, grass, hibiscus, yeast, citrus, and caramel with a moderately dry finish.
